Contents of typical Fruit & VegeboxesSpecial BoxesYou can always exclude items from your box if you get a backlog, or just don't like stuff, eg you can specify NO celeriac, or ONLY salad Alternatively if you are on a very restricted diet you can send us a list of what you can eat, and we'll make your box up from your personalised list Pick of the CropIf however you find that ordering a set vegebox is just too restrictive for you, then take a look at our 'Pick of the Crop' price list which allows you to choose exactly what you need Box Contents
Each Friday we plan the contents of the boxes to be delivered the following week. This is emailed out with the revised list and info on any special offers, new produce etc. We try to balance crops that are in season, and available from local growers, with giving you a good mix of produce, so that in the depths of winter we aim not to overwhelm you with swedes and cabbages! May & June will have the most limited range of local produce, and unfortunately Local ONLY Fruit Boxes are never available! Have a look at our weekly newsletter to find out the box contents (link to the left) ...this is a guide to what may be in your box, bear in mind that when an item runs out we will replace it with something else, so don't take the guide as definitive for every box...
