Would you like to become a Coordinator?

Coordinators order a minimum of £15-worth of fruit & vegetables per delivery, on behalf of a group of members, and receive discounts on larger orders.

If you would like to become a coordinator, let us know your full name, address & phone number, together with any special delivery instructions - we are happy to deliver to Wendy houses or dog kennels if you are not in (as long as your dog isn't in either)!

You can also specify whether you want to be a closed group of your own friends, or whether you want us to refer new members to you.

Placing your group's order

Please phone, fax or email your order by 8am two working days prior to your delivery day.  Tell us the total number of vegeboxes & fruit boxes first, followed by details of the special boxes you need, with your groceries at the end eg

• 2 x £3 VegeBoxes, including 1 salad only

• 9 x £5 VegeBoxes, including 1 no potato, 1 no onion

• 2 x £10 VegeBoxes, 

• 1 x £3 Fruit Box, apples only

• 1 Apple Juice

• 2 doz medium eggs

• 3 doz large eggs

• 2 pieces Lye Cross mature cheddar

• 2 large wholemeal loaves

However small adjustments can be made up to 8am of the day before delivery. 

What discounts do Coordinators get?

To qualify for a discount the total of VegeBoxes and Fruit Boxes alone (not grocery items) must be at least the order value shown below:  

How do I pay?

Payment is due in full on delivery of your order.  We suggest you collect the money for next week's boxes when group members collect this week's box. This ensures you know any changes to your usual order in advance, and saves you having to pay out of your own pocket on delivery.
